Beef and Broccoli

IMG_4469This is a great recipe for a quick dinner.

1 1/2 lbs. flank steak, sliced

2 T. cornstarch

3 T. olive oil, divided

salt

pepper

1 t. ginger

1 t. garlic, minced

3 c. broccoli florets

3 T. sweet chili sauce

3 T. Hoisin sauce

Heat 2 T. of olive oil in a large pan, along with the garlic and ginger.  Put beef and cornstarch in a large Ziploc bag and shake to coat.  Sauté beef in the oil with salt and pepper.  Remove beef from the pan and set aside.  Add remaining olive oil into the pan along with the broccoli, sauté just until tender, but not soft.  Add beef back into pan along with the sweet chili sauce and hoisin sauce.  Cook until flavors are well mixed and the beef is heated through.  Enjoy!
